Traineeship Programmes

Our Company promotes vitality, pro-activity and creativity among its employees, that is why we are often joined by young people without professional experience. They are frequently graduates of various traineeship and placement programmes.

That is why for several years now we have been working on a regular basis with universities and student organisations. One of the possibilities is to learn about the Company, acquire experience and compare theory with practice during student traineeship programmes. In 2006 the total of 100 students participated in the traineeship programme in various group companies and departments.

The traineeship programme involves no pay.

The traineeship programme is run in the following departments:

• Marketing;
• Recruitment and Human Resource Development;
• Personnel and Payroll;
• Occupational Safety;
• Accounting;
• Administration;
• IT: Technical and Hardware Department;
• IT: Software Department.
