The process of consolidating the IT companies Infinite and Emperia Info, both owned by Emperia Group, was completed at the end of December. The newly-established entity, operating under the Infinite brand, is currently one of the largest IT companies in Lublin, delivering advanced IT solutions to retail-sector companies, and commences a new chapter in its business life.
The strategic decision to merge the two IT companies within Emperia Group was made in August 2012. The objective was to create a single entity that would have a strong market position in modern IT systems for the retail segment, particularly in terms of the variety of the products on offer and quality of the services provided. Thanks to the consolidation, Infinite will be able to fully utilise the resources and potential of both companies, all the while offering a wide range of complementary IT products and services to its customers.
Infinite has commenced executing its new growth strategy, aimed at growing earnings and revenues in the coming years.
The company is present in Poland and in foreign markets, continuing its existing activities and develops new business. In December 2012, a decision was made to extend the contract for IT support with the logistics company Tradis, currently owned by Eurocash Group. From November 2012, Infinite commenced cooperation with Auchan Romania, as a result of which nearly 500 of its suppliers have been included in electronic communications through the EDInet system.
Infinite offers a wide range of technological solutions for both large and small manufacturing and retail companies. The company develops solutions for supporting strategic business processes, electronic data exchange and document workflow. It provides B2B integration solutions for transaction optimisation through automating relations between business partners.
