On 10 March, at the grand gala event hosted by the J. Osterwa Theatre in Lublin, Detal Koncept, the franchisor of Groszek and Milea chains, was awarded for the third time the prestigious Gazelle of Business prize.
The prize, awarded under the patronage of Puls Biznesu, is conferred upon the most rapidly developing small and medium-sized enterprises throughout Poland.
Companies qualify for the Gazelle of Business award based on their performance reported in the past three years. Top spots go to those companies which reported highest improvement in turnover in 2007 over 2005.
According to Puls Biznesu a gazelle is a medium-sized company which performs well among much larger competitors. Companies that are named Gazelles of Business boast spotless reputation, top standard of honesty towards employees, suppliers as well as the State Treasury.
The Puls Biznesu ranking list has been published for the ninth time, with eight of them compiled by Coface Poland.
